Q: Can you work out with your hair system?

A: In most cases, yes! Our systems are designed to be secure and comfortable during physical activity.

Q: Can you sleep with a wig or a hair system?

A:

  • Wigs: We do not recommend sleeping in a wig.

  • Semi-permanent hair systems: Yes, you can sleep in them comfortably.

Q: Is hair bonding permanent?

A: No—hair bonding is a semi-permanent technique. It’s secure, seamless, and safe for long-term wear, but can be removed and maintained as needed.

Q: How often is maintenance required? 

A: Maintenance depends on the type of hair system and your personal lifestyle. We’ll recommend a schedule during your consultation.

Q: Do you provide repairs on-site?

A: Yes, we do offer on-site wig and hair system repairs. Just be sure to book an appointment in advance.

Q: Are your private rooms?

A: Yes, every client receives services in a private, fully equipped room to ensure comfort and discretion.

Q: Can I come in if I’m already wearing a hair system from another provider?

A: Absolutely. We can evaluate, maintain, or replace your current system—even if it wasn’t made by us.

Q: Can I wash and style my hair system/piece at home?

A: Yes. We’ll show you how to care for your system at home, and we’re always here for professional maintenance too.

Q: Can the hair piece/system be dyed another color?

A: Yes, but this should only be done by our trained professionals to preserve the hair quality and integrity of the system.
