Meet the Founder: Mercy Montesdeoca
With over 25 years of experience in the hair industry, Mercy Montesdeoca began her journey as a hairstylist in the 1980s. Early in her career, she was introduced to the world of hair loss solutions—a path that became deeply personal after she faced her own experience with hair thinning.
This journey ignited her passion to help others facing similar struggles. Mercy combined her technical expertise with compassion to develop her own proprietary non-surgical hair replacement techniques, including custom base designs and secure, natural-looking attachments. She has trained stylists nationwide and remains at the forefront of innovation in the field.

Meet Ruben Ramos: Sr Stylist & Client Advocate
Ruben Ramos, Senior Hairstylist at Mercy’s Hair Design, brings over 25 years of professional experience—and a personal connection to his work. After experiencing male pattern baldness at a young age, Ruben flew from Chicago to meet Mercy and explore her techniques firsthand.
Impressed by the results and inspired by her approach, Ruben joined the team years later. As both a stylist and hair replacement client, he offers a unique perspective and deep empathy for those navigating hair loss. Together, he and Mercy deliver the highest level of care, skill, and understanding.
